  Really impressed with this shop. Great products but most of all the service was spot on. Really helpful and advised me on all the products that i was interested in. Will definitely be returning for when i need some more gear. Highly recommend this place.

  After ordering a certain item from them, the delivery was delayed. Having continuously phoning up for my item, they kept delaying saying they would be in tomorrow. After all these delays, the more I got in contact the worse customer service become. I eventually asked for a refund to which the response was very blunt. I will not be using the company again.

  Iv ordered numerous times from this site and every time it’s the same. Items showing in stock..... waiting over a week, email to them to chase up, eventually get a response “waiting for stock from Canada, should be here in the week” 2 more weeks email ask for info, ignored, another email asking for info or a refund, ignored, final email asking for a refund, ignored, Paypal case opened against them. Do not order anything online from this shop, Iv had rude customer service calls and blatant lies about stock and delivery windows in emails, how this company continues to trade is beyond me. It seems like they should shut their website down and not take online orders as the reviews of the shop seem a lot more posetive than the online/phone orders!
